Speech Reflection

How do I think my speech went? I'm going to say exceptional. I achieved my expectations I had for myself, but I did not exceed them. I was having a panic attack before and during my presentation I was so nervous. I did not want to mess up. It was not until I said "Thank you for your time" that my stomach traveled from my throat, back where it was supposed to be. Weaknesses would be stuttering and forgetting what I have to say after 30 times of saying it. Strengths would be keeping the audience attentive and guessing, I guess. If I could do it again, I would say everything I had intended to say in the speech in order to reach the time slot.

So first of all, I would like to say that everyone did an astounding job on your speeches, and I  am thoroughly impressed with each and every single one of you. I'm going to have to give a shout out to Dane and Christian for their excellent content and witty delivery. You guys truly encourage me to do the absolute best that I can when it comes to speaking assignments. Hey, healthy competition helps me. I have to give another shoutout to Abrianna, Elizebet, Kristi, Katie and Mallory. You guys exceeded my expectations (which were pretty picky), so I'm very proud of all of you guys.

  1. You did a really good job! You did a good job at keeping the audience attentive and guessing. I also thought you did a good job at making eye contact with the audience (what I didn't do good at). Thanks for the shoutout!

  4. You did an amazing job. I always like listening to you speack because you always have something funny to say. I liked how instead of standing behind a podium, like everyone else did, you walked around the class!
